Ini Dua Anjuran Menjelang Tidur dari Rasulullah SAW

Adequate sleep is one of the prerequisites so that we can rejuvenate tomorrow. But sometimes we encounter several obstacles. Can be difficult to sleep or suddenly wake up at night. This must be felt by everyone. Especially if after waking up we cannot sleep again, even though the morning is still too long.

Well, in al-Adzkar an-Nawawi, Imam an-Nawawi explained some things that could be done when someone woke up from sleep in the evening. By citing the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad in the history of Imam al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majjah, Imam an-Nawawi mentioned a hadith which explained two things that could be done when we awoke at night.

From Abu Hurairah RA, Rasulullah SAW said: If one of you wakes up at night, then you want to sleep again, then shake your mid sarong three times, because it is unknown what is behind your holster. After lying down, read the following prayer: “By Your name, O God, I place my heart, and with Your name I raise it, if you take my life (when sleeping), forgive. If you allow it, then keep my life as you keep the lives of your righteous servants. “

From the above hadith, we can specify that there are two things we can do when we wake up at night. First, wags the middle of our holster. This serves as a preventive measure so that no dangerous animals enter our gloves. This can also be interpreted so that we cleanse our beds, to be clean and safe while we are sleeping.

Second, reads the following prayer when lying back in bed because we want to continue our sleep: [19659007] باسمك اللهم وضعت جنبي ، وبك أرفعه ن سن أمسكت نفسي فارحمها ، وإن رددتها فاحفظها بماتحفظ به عبادك الصالحين “

[Bismikallahumma] wadha'tu janbi, wa bika arfauhu. In amsakta nafsi farhamha, wa in radadtaha Fahfadzha bima tahfadzu bihi ibadakas shalihin.

Wallahu A'lam.
