Prayers are usually synonymous with the term night prayer or qiyamul lail . The difference is that we can do qiyamul lail before or after falling asleep, while the term prayer only refers to the evening prayers that are performed after waking up. We can understand this because language, tahajud is taken from the word “hujud” which means sleep, so tahajjud means “to leave sleep”. Thus, the processing time for this prayer is from when we wake up at night until the dawn of sidiq as a marker of the time of prayer.
on part of the night and perform the Prayer Prayer as an additional worship for the five daily prayers that you have performed, with the hope that Allah will place you on the Day of Judgment at the place which all beings praise. ” (Surat al-Isra: 79)
From the point of view of reward, this prayer is one of the deeds which is mentioned as the most afdhal practice after the practice of fardhu prayer according to the Messenger of Allah:
“From Abu Hurairah RA, said:” The Prophet SAW was asked: Which prayer is the most afdhal after the five daily prayers? “The Prophet said:” Pray at midnight “. “(Narrated by Muslim)
Tahajud prayer can be done with two raka'at, four, six, eight, or twelve rak'ahs. For the purpose of the midnight prayer are:
Usholli sunnata tahajjudi rok'ataini lillahi ta'ala
 Allah Ta'ala “
As for the recitation of prayer after the Tahajud prayer, we can refer to Shahih al-Bukhari, juz 24, p. 293:

“O God, our Lord, praise you. You are upholding heaven and earth, and praise to you. You are the Lord of the heavens, of the earth, and of the creatures that are with him, and to you praise. You are (giving) light to heaven and earth and the creature that is in it. Thou art ha ha, thy word haq, thy promise haq, meet thy haq, heaven haq, hell haq, doomsday haq. O God, I surrender to you, with you I believe, to you I surrender, to you I mourn, with you I will be judged. So forgive my previous and future sins, the sins that I keep or show, and the sins that you know better than me. There is no god but You. “
Thus, may it be useful.
